Binta Badmus Lady - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Binta Badmus Lady! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Measurements & Sizing
Customers May:
- Send in their own measurements,
- Choose a standard size from our Binta Badmus Lady size chart,
- Visit our physical store to have their measurements taken, or
- BintaBadmusLady Use our virtual measurement assistance (via online consultation) available after payment confirmation.
We recommend that customers unsure of their measurements take advantage of our virtual consultation to ensure a proper fit.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
- Ready-to-Wear (Off-the-Rack) Dresses: Processed and ready for pickup or delivery within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-Measure Dresses: Production takes 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. During festive periods, allow 5–10 working days.
Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery estimates depend on your location and selected shipping method (express or economy) and will be communicated after order processing.
3. Payment Policy
- A minimum 70% deposit is required before processing begins.
- The remaining 30% must be paid before delivery or pickup.
- Orders will not be processed until the deposit is received.
- We accept payments in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer, POS, and approved international gateways.
4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases, including those made using standard sizes from our size chart or custom measurements.
However, we provide:

- Minor alterations free of charge within 7 days of delivery.
- Major alterations (e.g., requiring redesign or full reconstruction) may attract additional charges.
If the fit issue arises from customer-provided measurements:
- The customer is responsible for delivery costs to and from our studio, or May opt to drop off and pick up in person.
5. Alterations Policy
- Minor alterations are complimentary within 7 days of delivery.
- Major alterations or remakes may attract additional charges.

6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued for made-to-measure/customized items unless due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or product defect).
- Slight differences in fabric color or texture do not qualify for refunds.

- We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, BintaBadmusLady Production has not started for custom items, or
- The ready-to-wear item has not yet been processed or dispatched. such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, strikes, or shipping disruptions.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information (e.g., name, address, payment details) is collected solely to process your order, improve our services, and provide support. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required for order fulfillment or by law. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data.

All content including images, logos, designs, and text on our website and products are the exclusive property of Binta Badmus Lady. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used BintaBadmusLady without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All transactions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In the event of a dispute, both Nigerian and international customers agree to resolve the matter through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), specifically mediation. The location of mediation will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. All parties agree to be bound by the outcome, and all legal matters will remain under Nigerian jurisdiction.
